D. Gunn has spent years in corporate America as a software engineer and finally decided to give writing a go. After several writing classes at the local community college, he joined a writing group that would push his ideas from short stories and twenty page class submissions to a full-blown novel.  He lives in rural Maryland with his wife, Jennifer, two boys, two cats, and a dog.
